* Travel note: We focus our work in Greater Victoria but we are willing to travel to throughout Vancouver Island and beyond.
What to Expect
We are excited to work with you to build your dream photography package. At Starfish Photography we prioritize ensuring that your experience with us is as easy and pleasant as possible. We consistently prioritize prompt and friendly communication, a professional attitude and a flexible / open-minded approach. If you have questions about working with us that are not answered below please reach out - we would love to hear from you.
Your experience with us typically looks something like this:
- Planning: we explore your ideas for the shoot, venue / location(s), itinerary and any special requests
- Confirm booking: signed contract and 50% deposit
- Shoot day: for more complex events, such as weddings, we may schedule one or more planning sessions in advance
- Photo selection: we post thumbnails in a private gallery, enabling you to choose your favourites (but happy to choose for you if you prefer)
- Post-editing: we will work our magic on your selection of favourites
- Photo delivery: full resolution edited photos are available for download from your private gallery
- Final payment: the remaining balance is due
